Limited Lifetime Warranty


  • Lifetime: Entire product against manufacturing defects (i.e. a flaw in the product design, materials, or workmanship that causes the product to no longer function)
  • 5 years: All fabric
  • 3 Years: Strings

Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear.

Any product that fails due to:

  • abuse
  • exposure to salt air
  • improper installation
  • accident
  • extraordinary use
  • improper operation
  • alterations
  • improper cleaning
  • misapplication
  • damage from pests/insects/pets
  • improper handling
  • misuse

Costs associated with:

  • product removal
  • transportation to and from the retailer
  • brand label removal
  • product re-measure
  • incidental or consequential damages
  • product reinstallation
  • shipping

In the event there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective blind/shade will be replaced.

To Report Shipping Damage:
If damage occurred during shipping, call customer service and report within 7 calendar days or else you may be denied credit for your damaged product.

Returns and Exchanges

Many of our products are custom made and designed to fit your windows and your home. We do not usually accept returns or exchanges for custom items. In the event the customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason not covered under our limited lifetime warranty, we will do everything we can to satisfy the customer or rectify the situation.

Mistakes and Mis-measures

In the event a product was improperly measured for by the consumer, installer or professional measuring service or entered the order incorrectly, please contact customer service to see if we can alter your product or have it remade at a discounted rate.

Please note that in the case of remade items, there is a chance of dye lot discrepancies, which Dante Hill cannot be held responsible for.

All of our products that were not mentioned above, do have a restocking fee of 30%. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging related costs.

Color Disclaimer

If an exact color match is essential, we recommend ordering free sample swatches of the items you are interested in. Print and monitor colors shown may vary and Dante Hill cannot guarantee the colors shown on monitors and in print to be an exact representation of the true colors of our products.

For this reason, we recommend ordering free sample swatches of the items you are interested in before making your selections.

Free Samples

Make order of free samples from our website to test the designs before making the purchase. Dante hill offers samples, including shipping, handling and any applicable taxes etc without any charge to you. If you want to order free samples, make sure to click on the "FREE Samples" button and fill the samples ordering form on product details pages.

Usually, samples arrive within 48 hours. However, delivery times vary depending upon product availability and shipping method.

Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping makes shopping for your window treatments easy and hassle free with no surprise charges, order processing or handling fees.

Free shipping applies on all Dante Hill products under 96 inches wide unless otherwise specified. All roman shades from 96 inches to 120 inches wide have the shipping included and will not incur additional charges. For any other items over 96 inches wide please contact customer service - service@dantehill.com
