Our Basic Roman shade is made from 100% Cotton Canvas, thermal backed with white acrylic foam making them insulating and energy efficient window treatments. The thermal backing provides excellent privacy and a room darkening effect without being completely blacked out. Additional lining is not needed for this Dante Hill Basics collection.
